Marauder's Map Watch

The Marauder's Map, also known as Merlin's Map in the first Italian translations of "Harry Potter", is one of the most intriguing and fan-beloved wizarding items in the world created by J.K. Rowling. This map is more than just a piece of parchment: it's a detailed document that reveals all Hogwarts' secrets, including secret passages, hidden rooms and the real-time position of whoever within the castle and its grounds.

Origin

The Marauder's Map was created by the four friends and companions in misadventures known as the Marauders: James Potter (Crow), Sirius Black (Tatze), Remus Lupin (Moody) and Peter Pettigrew (Worm). During their years at Hogwarts, these students used their advanced knowledge and spell skills for creating the map, which primarily serve to help them in their night adventures and for avoiding of getting caught, particularly when Lupin, who was a Lycanthrope, needed to secretly move towards Hagrids' cottage to transform.
