The new Always Wands shop is live: magic has a new home

A new home for the magic of Always Wands

Some days, even at Hogwarts, the staircases decide to change. Today is one of those days: the new Always Wands shop is live. We have rethought it from top to bottom with one simple idea in mind: making you feel at home from the very first click, whether you are looking for your first wand or the piece your collection is still missing.

Behind every page there is the same passion as always. Always Wands was started by Francesco, a craftsman and Wizarding World fan, who has spent years creating Hogwarts letters and wooden wands for everyone who never stopped waiting for their owl.

Exploring the shop is easier

We have reorganised the catalogue so you can find what you are looking for without getting lost in the corridors. From the main menu you can reach in a moment:

• Mystery Box: our surprise boxes, the Always Wands trademark from day one.
• Prestige: our selection of the most exclusive collector's pieces.
• Enter Hogwarts: everything you need for your first year, from Hogwarts letters to magic wands, from gadgets to robes and cosplay. And, from Madam Malkin's, sweatshirts and jumpers, T-shirts and accessories to wear the colours of the Wizarding World all year round.
• Choose your house: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff. Pick yours and the catalogue shows only the products dedicated to it.
• Wizarding World: collector's items, including prop replicas, and handcrafted products.
• Gift Ideas and Offers: a selection of gifts up to €30 and all the current offers, always one click away.

Magic in the spotlight

The new shop puts what makes us Always Wands centre stage. Mystery Boxes are still our signature: every box holds a different surprise, and at the Ministry of Magic they swear they have never seen anything like it in the Muggle world.

Hogwarts letters can be personalised right on the product page, with the name of the person receiving it and the options that make the envelope's arrival special, such as the Knight Bus ticket and the magical gift packaging. Our handcrafted wands are made by hand in Italy and can be personalised, alongside the official wands from the great collectible brands.

The Gift Card, for when you cannot choose

Not sure which wand your favourite witch or wizard would choose? With the Always Wands Gift Card, you can let them decide:

• Amounts from €25 to €150, to be spent in full across the whole shop.
• Nine designs to choose from, for birthdays, Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day or simply to send your best wishes.
• A personal message of up to 200 characters.
• Delivered your way: print it at home or have us send it by email, even on a date of your choice, so it arrives on exactly the right day.

Your account, even more convenient

Your personal area has been redesigned to keep everything within wand's reach. You can browse your order history and reorder in one click, save several delivery addresses, check your discount vouchers and get email alerts about the products you are interested in.

There is also a wishlist: add your favourites as you explore the shop and share them with a link. It is the easiest way to let family and friends know what you would love to find under the tree.

What has not changed

We have a new look, not a new soul. At Always Wands you will find only official Harry Potter™ licensed products, and we are official distributors of brands such as Noble Collection, Cinereplicas, Distrineo, ABYstyle and Cerdà. And on top of that:

• Free shipping on orders over €100.
• Shipping all over Europe.
• Easy returns within 30 days.
• Secure payments by card, PayPal and bank transfer.

The shop is available in Italian, English and German, and our blog will keep bringing you characters, trivia and news from the Wizarding World.

Step inside and be surprised

The best way to discover the new shop is to walk through the barrier at Platform 9¾ and take a look around. If something does not seem right or you have a suggestion, write to us at info@alwayswands.com: every message helps us make Always Wands even more magical.

We are waiting for you. The owl is ready to fly.
